By using the Xomini platform and purchasing our services, you accept the terms outlined in this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
1. General Policy
At Xomini, we strive to ensure absolute satisfaction with our local e-commerce directory listing and advertising services. We understand that business needs may change, and thus we have a transparent cancellation and refund process for our subscribers and vendors.
2. Cancellation of Subscription / Advertisement
Vendors and advertisers who purchase premium listing plans or advertisement packages may request a cancellation under the following conditions:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@xomini.co.
- If a cancellation is requested within 48 hours of the initial purchase and the service has not yet been activated/published, the cancellation will be processed without any penalty.
- For monthly subscriptions, cancellations made after the billing cycle has begun will stop future auto-renewals, but the current month will not be refunded. The service will remain active until the end of the paid billing period.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Payment: If a vendor is charged twice for a single transaction due to technical errors, the duplicate amount will be refunded.
- Service Non-Delivery: If Xomini fails to activate the purchased premium listing or advertisement within the stipulated timeframe agreed upon at the time of purchase.
- Within 48-Hour Window: If a valid cancellation is requested within 48 hours of purchase (as defined in section 2), a full refund may be issued.
Refunds will not be provided if:
- The advertiser simply changes their mind after the service has been successfully activated and published.
- The vendor's account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., fraudulent listings).
4. Processing Refunds
Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- The refund will be processed and automatically credited back to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
5. Modifications to the Service and Prices
Xomini reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service with or without notice. Prices of all services are subject to change upon 30 days notice from us. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the Xomini platform.

Note: This policy applies solely to Xomini's subscription and advertising services. Xomini does not process refunds for transactions made directly between consumers and third-party vendors listed on our platform.
